Marie was such a gem during this whole experience of selling. We had a pretty complicated experience since my husband was selling his father’s home and it was a very difficult probate situation. Marie showed so much patience when dealing with this situation since there was so much paperwork, court dates, emails with attorneys, etc. Marie would get on the phone with my husband everyday to make sure the mortgage company had the paperwork they needed to process. She was diligent with sending and faxing many copies of paperwork and making sure the companies had received it. Marie was very knowledgeable with the market value of the house we were selling. She priced the home just right so that the first day on the market we got offers. Marie was very professional through the whole process and communicated with us every step of the way. Marie truly went above and beyond. She was such a delight to work with. If it wasn’t for Marie, we wouldn’t have been able to make it through this difficult process. Thank you Marie!!!!!!
