When I called, we went straight into getting an appointment set up for a walk-through of the house in a timely manner. This process of getting the house on the market was made really easy because LuAnn and her team are extremely organized with their work and their time. They were very respectful of our time as well. The house was inherited, and we thought that it was going to be really hard because of how the shares were set up. LuAnn and her team were very reassuring that they have seen multiple cases like ours and they have helped their clients be successful in the end. Everyone apart of her team made selling the house such a relief for us. We honestly feel like we didn’t have to do too much because of how helpful they were during the whole process. Once we went over the initial steps to sell our house everything went by accordingly and pretty quick, and LuAnn and her team had all the resources that we needed.
