It is clear that DeAnna is an experienced professional in the industry - throughout the process she was friendly, available and provided her deep knowledge and expertise. I was disappointed, however, at the end of the process. Escrow closed just before Christmas 2021. The date came and went and I did not get any acknowledgement; a simple note of congratulations and thank you for your business would have gone a long way. Even the form letter introducing this review says 'hope you're enjoying your new home,' indicating a lack of attention to detail as I engaged her services for the sale of my home. It felt like once she got the business and the commission she moved on. I understand that this is a business transaction and it is not an obligation on her part to make me feel warm and fuzzy. I also understand that the market is in a frenzy and she is likely very busy with properties that are more expensive than mine was. But the business transaction is also a relationship between people about something that is very personal and meaningful - I don't need a party, but the ending 'bedside manner' left something to be desired.

Needless to say, our home sold for a very good price in less than 12 days.   We loved how Joe handled all of the details from start to finish.  Joe actually asked us for our house key and literally took care of every possible detail while we were at work.  That is what I call customer service.  He had all the answers, the vendors, and the best marketing prep-staging- marketing combo presented to us.  We are very happy with Joe’s performance and he will always be our “go to” realtor for all of our work colleagues and family.
