It is clear that DeAnna is an experienced professional in the industry - throughout the process she was friendly, available and provided her deep knowledge and expertise. I was disappointed, however, at the end of the process. Escrow closed just before Christmas 2021. The date came and went and I did not get any acknowledgement; a simple note of congratulations and thank you for your business would have gone a long way. Even the form letter introducing this review says 'hope you're enjoying your new home,' indicating a lack of attention to detail as I engaged her services for the sale of my home. It felt like once she got the business and the commission she moved on. I understand that this is a business transaction and it is not an obligation on her part to make me feel warm and fuzzy. I also understand that the market is in a frenzy and she is likely very busy with properties that are more expensive than mine was. But the business transaction is also a relationship between people about something that is very personal and meaningful - I don't need a party, but the ending 'bedside manner' left something to be desired.

Ramon was awesome! He helped me daily, during a very stressful time. (Bad remodeling experience) I didn't realize all that would be involved when I decided to retire, get my house ready to sell, and sell it all while trying to find a new place, out of state. He was always available to answer any question, or find me the help I needed. He was honest, friendly, and cared about me. Ramon couldn't have made it easier for me. All I had to do was focus on my move. AWESOME! I would give him a "10". Thanks again Ramon
