I put my house up for sale in early spring 2020. Shortly after signing everything and having everything prepped according to the advice of Shelly and Melanie COVID -19 hit the world. Through out the entire process I was kept informed and in a most difficult time they creatively kept potential buyers and agent for my home informed of its status. We went through a long spell of not being able to show the property physically so they would arrange virtual walk throughs. At one point most unfortunately Shelly actually got sick from COVID-19 but one would not have known it in regards to the professional attention Melanie was able to provide. These ladies are an excellent warm attentive, knowledgeable, honest team and I highly recommend them. They actually do what they say they can do.

My husband Scott, was eager to purchase a home near Yosemite and Bass Lake area with some acreage. I was much more hesitant about buying a home so far from town. Zoe did a great job understanding both of us. She was consistently responsive, patient and incredibly positive throughout the process.
