Beth Carver

I've had the pleasurer of doing business with Beth Carver in the Bass Lake CA area. She helped me buy a home and 5 years later I asked her to help me purchase a plot of land. On both occasions I was impressed with her knowledge - not only about the area and how to have a smooth transaction - but also things to ask and consider that I wouldn't have known. Everything from zoning, to easements, to "the rules" when your property backs national forest. When working with her I appreciate that she is a clear communicator. She is forthright, honest, and has integrity. I also appreciate the way she sets and manages expectations. She also has a good network of vendors to help with the transaction and also also after you move in and need recommendations (plumber, electrician, general contractor etc.).

Beth was/is great to work with. She helped us with both our homes in Bass Lake, was all over the paperwork, documents, negotiations, support, and the little extras we needed to get the deals done! She was very much a big part of our family dream to finally own a home at the lake!

I highly recommend this agent. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and always available to help. Dealt with a few other agents in town and Beth is the only one that stayed on top of things and keeping in constant touch on current/new listings. You truly cannot get any better than her and her very helpful and friendly staff.
