Christie was the absolute BEST! From our initial meeting, she was organized and prepared with the best strategies to sell our house. She understood the market and understood the value of our house. She was leaps and bounds amazing when it came to customer experience. I never felt like we were bothering her and she was always answering our questions. Christie's best strength is her ability to wear different hats. She gave me the [emotional] support when things got overwhelming. She knew how to visually prepare spreadsheets and data for my husband who needed to see everything visually and analytically. And she was assertive but kind through her negotiations with the buyers’ agent. Her open house was the absolute best and we had so much foot traffic. Oh, and she has all of the right connections because our video and pictures sold our house! I would use her over and over and would recommend her to my parents! Christie is kind, passionate and will make you feel like you are her top priority at all times. We LOVED our experience with her.

Carla did an excellent job as my Real Estate Agent. Her knowledge and experience, but in particular, her responsiveness, made the finding and purchasing of the home that I wanted, a wonderfully positive experience. I'd been searching for a home for several years, with no success. The previous agents were more hands off, leaving me to search on my own. Carla would send me a list of houses, in my criteria, that just got on the market. We'd see them the very next day to evaluate them. Her experience and knowledge as a realtor made the evaluations of the properties insightful. Not only did she see details of the house(s) I didn't see (i.e. cracks in the garage floor, sump pump under the house, double-pane windows, etc. ), but she also had foresight of what it would be like long term if I lived there (i.e. close to a busy street and noise, large old tree in the front yard isn't looking healthy, etc.).
