Let me start by saying, I very much dislike the review thing. But I am writing this one. I am a 76 year old guy. I meticulously followed her advice in preparing the condo for sale (saving me over $30,000, based on my plan) Carri's knowledge, insight and experience was why the condo sold for more than asking. Oh, and not a small thing to me, she shows up on time, returns phone calls and follows up.
