Her advice and experience were spot on, starting with what my listing price should be, what kind of improvements to make or not to make before the sale, putting together a decent counter offer, and was present in person from the home inspection all the way to closing the deal. In addition, seller agent even told me how great Amy was to work with, which definitely aided in a smooth and successful transaction.
