I worked with Sebastien for roughly 6-7 weeks on my first home purchase. It was quite the experience. He and his team were responsive and patient as I and my family spent time combing through the choices he curated for me. We were able to meet up with him and spent 2 days visiting 7-8 to different properties to get a feel of what worked for me and what was undesirable. Once we had settled on a property, he got me connected with an escrow agent while I spent the next 4-5 weeks haggling with my bank/lender. He advocated for me during a period of stagnancy with the bank/lender. And he was always available for questions that I and my parents had during the whole process. Would recommend him and his staff. Very great, calm, and professional. Absolutely enjoyed working with him.
