We had a unique situation, my husband and I. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. We started the process of purchasing a home in March ‘19 and hired Adrian as our agent in May ‘19. Had we not had Adrian as our agent, I don’t know what we would’ve done. We had two failed escrows (not on our end), we put in six offers, who knows how many houses he took us to see. Honestly I’ve never met an agent like Adrian, or let alone someone like him. This man goes above and beyond for his clients. I’m not just saying it to say it, but because I genuinely mean it. From talking to us through difficult situations, helping us find a temporary home for our fur baby (8 months total), fighting for us, explaining the process to us, offering to help our family in any way, which he has! I wish I could say everything he has done for us, but there is so many times he went above and beyond, it would take awhile to list it all and no I’m not over exaggerating. He doesn’t even have to make an effort to do kind gestures to ANYONE, he is just wired that way. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and has such a great heart while doing it. He is not only our agent, but has now become a part of our family. Happy to say we finally found our dream home in January and now are living in our beautiful home. Even when we had to move in, Adrian was there with us moving our stuff. He has a full schedule between being the best agent in the Antelope Valley and with his family. Yet he took the whole day off to help us. I don’t know any other agent that would do that. And we’ve come across some interesting ones to say the least. I highly recommend Adrian for all your buying and selling needs. You will not regret choosing him. He is a straight shooter and gets the job done, highly skilled in every area hands down.
