Erica stayed on top of it kept fighting for the deal that I wanted kept me posted I never had to call her and see what was going on and everything went through just like she said for those of you that I've done short sales I was detoured and told not to do them Erica said no let's do it and it went right through no problems total time with 60 days

She was great to work with. She knows her business. She was very patient with us and helped provide information to help us through the process. We would recommend her to anyone.
