Jen came to us recommended by a common friend. My wife and I were first time home buyers, so trustworthiness and patience were going to be paramount to a pleasant agent experience, and Jen was simply fantastic from start to finish. A few of the things that I believe sets her apart from other agents is the ease of communication with her. Calls, texts, and emails were always answered in a timely manner, even on weekends and before and after business hours. She was happy to walk us through all of our pertinent questions and other curiosities about real estate, and never made us feel like any questions were dumb ones. She also has a great network of other related professionals—we were beyond happy with the lender (Darryl Stolz of Pacific Trust) and an insurance agent (Tina Jazinski) that she recommended. When we finally found a home we fell in love with, she helped us navigate the offer, contingencies, and escrow process. She even went out of her own pocket to pay us a rent back when the sellers refused to! After the sale was final, she stayed in touch to make sure we were happy with the move in experience, and even brought us a pie once we were settled in. If I ever need to utilize a realtor again in the future for any reason, I would absolutely not consider working with anyone else. Thanks again Jen!
