When we were looking for a home, we were excited of course, but it was also more stressful than I ever imagined. I can't even even think of going through this process with anyone else other than Sebastian. We have gotten to know each other very well because of the amount of time and dedication we received from him. Days and hours he has given us. Early and late, it didn't matter the time. If we had a question or even just a thought, he was a text away. That probably kept several sleepless nights away with the quick response! I appreciated that so much. Sebastian is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, professional and caring. I hope we don't have to move any time soon, but if we do have to, he will be the only person we will reach out to. If someone needs a referral, his name will be shared. I am happy to say that Sebastian started as my realtor, but has become a friend. :)
