My property search was quite a few months of passive searching followed by some active months of open houses, checking our off market listings, and finally putting offers in on multiple homes. Jaclyn talked me through the do's and dont's of every stage and gave fantastic advice when needed. I ended up getting a perfect house for my needs at a price I was happy with, a mortgage lender suggested by her who was also fantastic, and all the stipulations in the contract that made for a very happy buyer! Again, I'd recommend her to anyone in SoCal looking for their first, or 100th home.
