852 real estate agents in Anaheim

When we decided to sell our house, we interviewed several listing agents who were very experienced and knew the local Anaheim Hills market well. We selected Missy Sandefur because she had sold homes in the neighborhood, is extremely knowledgeable about the many do’s and don’ts for preparing for an open house, setting a price, arranging photographs, staging and more. Missy is very well organized – she did everything to make our house look great and to get it sold in record time. Our house was put up for sale on a Friday morning and hundreds of people visited the two-day open house. By Monday morning we had 10 offers that were significantly above the listing price. The escrow closed in less than 30 days. All of this was facilitated by Missy Sandefur, who went above and beyond to take care of everything to expedite the sale of our house. Missy has many contacts in the mortgage, escrow and appraisal industries that helped keep our sale on course. Missy was most respectful of other agents, potential buyers, etc. Missy Sandefur is an excellent communicator and kept us informed every step of the way by phone and e-mail (we live out of the area). We never had to wonder what was happening because Missy communicated with us all the time. Missy is very professional and knowledgeable as a Real Estate Agent and is also a very nice person – a great listener and very easy to work with. We highly recommend Missy Sandefur to sell your home!
