Miyo is an excellent and reliable real estate agent! Because of the economy, we worry we might not be able to purchase a new home. Prices are rising and the market is turbulent. But Miyo is able to find a home that is perfectly satisfies our needs. While we struggled with some conditions, she negotiated with the seller using her experienced knowledge and her spectacular team. We were able to close escrow. After we got the home, we needed to fix the floor and get a paint job. Miyo gave us wonderful ideas and advice. She also has an expansive network with companies for renovations. We were overjoyed with her brilliant care. Miyo’s ability to speak both English and Japanese also helped us a lot. Thank you Miyo.

From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Amir guided us through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer questions, even on weekends. His negotiation skills helped us to get a great deal. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows the market inside and out, we highly recommend Amir Vahdat. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate experience!
