This was the second time I reached out to Amalia for her outstanding realtor expertise. Amalia was knowledgeable about the process. She always explained every step with detail, which I found useful. Amalia seemed more then just a realtor a very approachable and kind. I was able to ask any question and made sure I understood. I would recommend Amalia and her team to my family and friends any time I am asked.

Wow, just wow... I've now worked with Brent on two deals (hopefully more to come) and let me just say, if you get the chance to work with him, don't miss the opportunity! BUYING: We first were attracted to working with Brent due to his extensive commercial real estate investment knowledge. He has a group on Facebook for Butte County Investors and he's always posting helpful tips, tricks and market updates there. We were looking for a commercial property to invest in, but little did we know we were about to stumble upon a dream residential home. Brent jumped right in and ran all the numbers for us. He is a fast action taker and we honestly would have have totally missed out on this home if it wasn't for him jumping right in and helping us get the perfect priced offer in fast! During the purchase process his attention to detail was impressive. He caught stuff we would have totally missed, and fought for us with integrity when others weren't. Highly recommend Brent to anyone reading this. Ff he has openings and can take you on as a client, lock him in! SELLING: Brent helped us sell our home for way more than we could have hoped for amidst a global pandemic. He's a miracle worker! What we love about Brent is he thinks way outside the traditional real estate box. For our home, because of the stay at home orders in place, he used cutting edge marketing techniques like Facebook and YouTube ads to get our property in front of thousands of interested buyers. Our home sold fast and Brent was so encouraging through the whole process.
