Her knowledge of the market - which was constantly changing - was key to decisions made along the way. When we moved out of state she supported us, checking in with us and the house regularly. She went above and beyond what we might have otherwise expected of an agent. She advised us when she thought an offer was not a good deal for us, and we ended up with an excellent all-cash offer as well as a full backup offer. Even though the final price was not what we originally expected, Debbie fostered the best outcome possible given the economic conditions.
