Marisas made the home buying process simple and easy. She was always available to answer questions or provide additional information. I don’t have a set work schedule but she was able to schedule showings around my availability. Marissa was quick to schedule showings as well, there would be days when I would contact her in the morning about house and we would be looking at it that evening. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in a home and then found multiple listings for me to look at. Getting in touch with Marissa was never a problem I could contact her by phone, text or email and get a prompt response. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision on a home, she gave me the time I needed to find the home that was right for me. After I found the home I wanted Marissa did all of the work during the escrow process. She worked with my mortgage broker to provide them with documents and information. She schedule inspections and was there so I didn’t have to take time off work. Marissa found a contractor for me to meet with and go over the home inspections so I knew exactly what I was buying. Should I ever need to move again I would use Marissa as my agent.

From day one I knew I was in good hands with Tara. In the wrong season for selling a house on 40 acres for a very specific buyer, Tara's marketing brought in a slew of prospective buyers. Her knowledge of Butte Valley along with her widespread base of contacts was invaluable. I was shocked that we got into an escrow so quickly. There were many challenges with this sale and Tara kept me apprised every step of the way and always had my best interests at heart. Aside from her professional expertise, Tara is a wonderful person. I enjoyed working with her and would do so again in a heartbeat.

I did not personally meet Shelley Riggs in person. Shelley worked with my rental Manager, which happened to be my daughter who lives in the same area as Shelley and where our family rental was located. My Daughter called Shelley many times with questions to ask regarding the listing process of our rental home, Shelly would respond quickly with the answer to the question asked, always goodnaturedly. We would definitely give her a high 5-star rating and recommend her to anyone who needs a friendly & knowledgeable Real Estate listing agent.
