Marissa Hallen

Marisas made the home buying process simple and easy. She was always available to answer questions or provide additional information. I don’t have a set work schedule but she was able to schedule showings around my availability. Marissa was quick to schedule showings as well, there would be days when I would contact her in the morning about house and we would be looking at it that evening. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in a home and then found multiple listings for me to look at. Getting in touch with Marissa was never a problem I could contact her by phone, text or email and get a prompt response. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision on a home, she gave me the time I needed to find the home that was right for me. After I found the home I wanted Marissa did all of the work during the escrow process. She worked with my mortgage broker to provide them with documents and information. She schedule inspections and was there so I didn’t have to take time off work. Marissa found a contractor for me to meet with and go over the home inspections so I knew exactly what I was buying. Should I ever need to move again I would use Marissa as my agent.
