Over the course of three years Jayedene, negotiated tirelessly on my behalf ultimately resulting in me, closing on a property that I have wanted to purchase since my childhood. Specifically, Jayedene used her decades of experience to contact the property owner when no other realtor was able to. Once she made initial contact, she then leveraged her experience to provide expert advice to me as the buyer based on the information given to her by the seller. For the next three years, she maintained contact with the seller, providing me with information and updates along the way as the situation developed. This was incredibly useful to me as a buyer, providing me with the most update information to inform ongoing decisions. Once an agreement was made between myself and the seller she insured that the transaction was executed seamlessly. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to be in the local area until the last day of closing. She went above and beyond to ensure that, although I wasn’t physically there, I had all of the information necessary to complete the transaction. she went so far as to go to the property on her personal time and provide me with updated photos and videos immediately upon entering the closing process. There are not enough positive things that I could say about my experience working with Jayedene.
