I met Mimi at a yead sale I had. We spoke so freely that I knew she would be the person to represent us whenever the time to sell our properties came about. Over the years she has sold 3 properties. Truly would never ask anyone else to help us, so knowledgeable, truthful kind and patient. Can't say enough positive things about Mimi.

Maryna worked with us while we were very picky and looked at many houses over a year-long period. She was always very responsive and quick to show us houses. She knew the Carmichael area very well and gave us information only someone who lived here a long time would know. We ended up having to back out of a couple purchases because of issues found during inspection and she was always very supportive and never pressured us to complete the sale so she would be done. We bought a new home and sold our old one with her help and everything went very great. Thank you, Maryna.
