Laura helped me buy the most expensive property so far in my life. As my first time living in the country, she knew about all of the things that I had little idea about, such as the well and septic. This ensured that the property was completely livable with no surprises. Laura also was tough on my behalf when the seller and I didn't see eye to eye. The REAL work starts when you actually do get into contract and you really need a Realtor who has your best interest at heart and the "Art of Negotiation" is the cutting edge difference between Laura and others I have worked with in the past and have heard about from many many friends and family. Laura's knowledge and skill to negotiate to get her clients the BEST DEAL possible is just worth taking a note of. She also has so many amazing contacts for people in related fields that she can save you a headache and not forgetting save you money :). We personally were able to save so much going with her recommendations after shopping around myself. She is simply amazing and still keeps in touch.
