I can't say enough nice things about Brent. My initial experience with him was when I bought my first home 3 years ago. He showed me a different, more expensive, home and talked me out of buying it because he knew it wasn't a good fit for me. Brent is a person of integrity who puts his client's needs above his bottom line, which makes him a rarity. If you're buying or selling your home I can't give him a high enough recommendation. When the time came for me to sell my home, Brent gave me a list of easy improvements that I could do which would help me maximize my sales price. After I completed those he sold my home in less than one day for more than 10% more than my Zestimate, and was there every step of the way from the inspections to the appraisal. I would never seek anyone else's services in the Sacramento area other than Brent's.
