Brent is an excellent realtor with a lot to offer his clients. He is very knowledgable about the greater Sacramento area market and incredibly available to his clients. Whether you prefer email, text, phone calls, or in person meetings he will meet your needs and go above and beyond to make a generally stressful process as easy as he can. I decided to reach out to Brent to assist with my first home purchase because he had helped my mom purchase a home a few years before and she knew that in a lower price range, not all agents are equal. Brent works 24/7 at 110% for all his clients, regardless of the price range they are looking at and I respect that so much. I purchased my first home in a very safe neighborhood at a competitive price thanks to Brent's advice to extend my search and his tireless advocating with a somewhat difficult seller. We saw a few houses before the one I ended up purchasing and while Brent was happy to take me to any houses I wanted to see, he advised me on which homes were unlikely to meet my needs. During the house hunting portion, Brent is observant and will point out areas that may be headaches later on. He also assembles a team of local experts to refer you to if you haven't selected your own lender, inspector, etc. Even after my home purchase went through, Brent checked in to see how things were going and even sent a little congratulatory gift (which is so thoughtful). Though I don't intend to sell my home any time soon, I know I will work with Brent if I do. And I'm happy to recommend him to all my friends and family!

Brent has now helped us buy two homes and we will also use him to sell our current home. He is an expert in his field, responsive, provides insight on things you may want to consider, but is NOT pushy at all. He will point out areas of concern in any home and has your best interest in mind. We have recommended Brent to friends and will absolutely use him again!

I can't say enough nice things about Brent. My initial experience with him was when I bought my first home 3 years ago. He showed me a different, more expensive, home and talked me out of buying it because he knew it wasn't a good fit for me. He then found a home that was my dream home and it cost less than the home he talked me out of. Brent is a person of integrity who puts his client's needs above his bottom line, which makes him a rarity. If you're buying or selling your home I can't give him a high enough recommendation. When the time came for me to sell my home, Brent gave me a list of easy improvements that I could do which would help me maximize my sales price. After I completed those he sold my home in less than one day for more than 10% more than my Zestimate, and was there every step of the way from the inspections to the appraisal. I would never seek anyone else's services in the Sacramento area other than Brent's.
