Joellinda helped us navigate a concurrent sale of our home in Rocklin and a new purchase in Loomis. Even with the ever-changing market conditions, Joellinda rolled with each punch along the way. She was calm and constantly eased our fears. She was extremely informative of real estate transactions. She knew what she was talking about and was confident in her knowledge. She was detailed, and had excellent communication. This was very important to us, and we felt included in each detail along the way. Additionally, Joellinda is well-known among the realtor community and is personable and approachable. This gave us an edge, I believe, in getting the home of our dreams. When Joellinda faced an obstacle, nothing would stop her from getting her desired result. We lovingly referred to her as a “bulldog!” We would highly recommend Joellinda for your real estate needs. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and works tirelessly to get the job done.

100% would use Amanda and Jamie again for any real estate transactions. Amanda helped us buy and sale a home and Jamie was supporting us the entire time. Both have incredible communication skills, and are always prompt with replies. Amanda and Jamie went to bat for us helping to close a deal on a home we had for sale, when things got a bit complicated. Both respected our decisions and always advised when appropriate.
