Claudia took the time to truly understand what we wanted in next home. With her deep knowledge of the market, she went to work immediately and made it happen. What could have been an arduous buying process felt easy because she was always responsive and ready to guide us at every turn. When it came time to write our offer, she knew exactly what it would take to succeed in a multiple‑offer situation. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed and confident every step of the way.

Claudia is extremely professional and so knowledgable. She is friendly and so easy to work with. She has excellent communication skills and made herself available if we had any questions. She has a way of explaining things so that a non-realtor can understand. She's the best!

When a condo became available that I was interested in, I contacted Claudia out of the blue, having never used her services before. She agreed to work with me, and had a showing set up within two days. After touring the place we made an offer that was accepted immediately. For the next 30 days Claudia and I were in almost daily contact. She kept me informed every step of the way regarding my purchase, and acted as a great go between the selling agent and his clients. I now own the condo and couldn't be happier with Claudia and her services. So happy in fact, that I plan to use her again to sell my current home. If you are looking to buy or sell, I would highly recommend giving Claudia a call!
