Khang went above and beyond in helping me navigate the sale and 1031 of my condo in fremont, to another unit more than 400 miles away in San Diego. He consistently followed up with selling agent over a year time, Yes! (it took a year in escrow due to buying party constraints) and helped me decide the best choice without applying any pressure.
