Jennifer was incredble with us. She understood our needs, our wish list and the neighborhoods we were interested in. We saw lots of properties and each one allowed us to hone our desires down. We bid on one property and when there were problems with the inspection she helped us transition away from that and found an equally perfect property soon after. She handled everything with grace, care for us, and top professionalism. We've already referred her to another family member and they are working together. We aren't buying again soon, but when we do Jennifer is who we will call.

Danielle was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was faced with numerous challenges and worked through the process very effectively.1. Very knowledgeable about vacant land market in the area. We compared comps and specific differences with my land and others that have sold and listed before establishing a list price.2. My vacant land needed a perc test and she advised me the lot has limited space to build with septic taking away area so price was adjusted accordingly.3. A neighbor said the site had a sink hole and could not be built on. This was false but Danielle checked with the county and other knowledgeable people to confirm lot was okay to build.3. Danielle was able to get the lot listed quickly through Title company as this was a Trust sale which required additional information and coordination.4. Excellent communication throughout the process, many times after hours in the evening.5. I’m confident she helped negotiate an acceptable offer I could move forward for sale.
