Lori consistently went above and beyond in the process of selling my lot. She was always responsive and looked out for my best interest during the sale. In today’s day and age, customer service at her level is rare. I would 100% recommend working with her.

We were very happy to have Lori serve as a buyer's agent for us for our recent home purchase. We'd worked with Lori twice before (the first time she was the seller's agent) and every time it was a smooth, easy process. It took us a long time to find the right house for us, and Lori was great as she patiently helped us view more houses that we care to remember, and in a really wide variety of different locations. All along she was helpful, honest, and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her (and have asked her to be our agent in selling our old house).

Lorrie did a great job with the sale of our home! She was on time for all the appointments, negotiated well with buyer agent. She is the one you want to work with when selling your home. One of the most passionate, and caring Realtors I've ever met.

I contacted Pamela after seeing that she had sold a home in my neighborhood in just one weekend, as the market had begun to shift toward the end of 2022. I knew we would be selling my mother’s home in the same neighborhood in early 2023 and wanted to meet the person who had facilitated such a quick sale in such a difficult time. The rest is history— My mother’s house also sold in one (extremely rainy) weekend, with multiple offers and for over asking price. From start to finish Pamela and her team displayed an unmatched level of customer service and professionalism. They demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation and advised appropriately through ALL phases of the process. Pamela’s knowledge of this crazy market, along with her confidence in and commitment to getting the job done, no matter what it takes, is refreshing!

We were introduced to Pamela by our son, who has been in Folsom for about a decade. Pamela had helped his family secure his first home, sell that home a few years later, and then procure his second home in very coveted areas of Folsom, during peak market conditions. We physically resided 2.5 hours outside of Folsom during our home search, so having someone we trusted to act as our eyes and ears was something we strongly desired with a realtor, and we found that trust very quickly with Pamela. There is no question that we were able to buy our home because of Pamela's knowledge and expertise. Our dream home was being sold by a relocation company, a situation that Pamela had been through with a number of clients previously. That experience showed through in her understanding of what the seller/relocation company wanted to see in an offer. This was our dream home that we had missed out on about 4 years prior, and we saw how coveted it was. The home itself received 17 written offers. 17! And our offer was crafted in a way that stood out to the sellers amongst all the others - a token to her knowledge of the craft, and thorough attention to detail. Because of the timeline of our escrow, we had to secure inspections quickly, which Pamela was able to accomplish promptly due to her wide reach of trusted contacts in the industry. Her open communication along every step of the way helped us remain calm in what could have easily been an overwhelmingly stressful time. At no point did we ever have to question what was happening or where things stood in the process, which we loved. I cannot say it enough - I strongly feel that Pamela Brooks is the best real estate agent in Folsom. There is a difference that, in any market, bringing expertise to the table is a difference maker. In our case, that expertise helped facilitate us moving in to the home of our dreams!

Pamela was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Incredibly knowledgeable about the area and market - and was instrumental is assisting us with negotiating with the seller and their agent - and getting us our purchase completed!!
