Sunny was a very good realtor and the services she provided far exceeded my expectations. When we initially looked at the house it was closed and we couldn't gain access because it had just gone into the foreclosure process. We seriously wanted to buy the house. So Sunny kept the house on her radar - for several weeks. As soon as the house went back on the market she notified us. When we went to look at the house it was swarmed by a score of interested parties. Sunny consulted us on our offering price, wrote up the offer and shepherded it through the process. We were sure we were NOT going to get the house, but to our pleasant surprise - our offer was accepted. Sunny was instrumental in helping us realize this. She seriously knows what she is doing and will get you the property you want.
