So Sunny kept the house on her radar - for several weeks. As soon as the house went back on the market she notified us. When we went to look at the house it was swarmed by a score of interested parties. Sunny consulted us on our offering price, wrote up the offer and shepherded it through the process. We were sure we were NOT going to get the house, but to our pleasant surprise - our offer was accepted. Sunny was instrumental in helping us realize this.
