We came to him towards the end of the identification period on our 1031 Exchange and not only was he able to source a cash flowing fourplex within our price range, he was also able to source an available single family home with the remainder of our exchange funds. The service didn't stop there - he secured seller credits on both properties, advocated for us every step of the way, and would not quit until we had secured a total of 5 rental units in a matter of a month. By and far, one of the best acquisition experiences we have had. Will be returning many times.

David Ly was an integral Realtor to my home purchase in Sacramento Ca. His prompt actions helped expedited any process we were working on. But he never rushed me. We ran on my time. Sunny was a very good realtor and the services she provided far exceeded my expectations. When we initially looked at the house it was closed and we couldn't gain access because it had just gone into the foreclosure process. We seriously wanted to buy the house. So Sunny kept the house on her radar - for several weeks. As soon as the house went back on the market she notified us. When we went to look at the house it was swarmed by a score of interested parties. Sunny consulted us on our offering price, wrote up the offer and shepherded it through the process.
