David Ly deserves more than 5 STARS. He was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process of buying my first home. My situation was a little unique, with COVID and being away from California due to work, yet David was understanding and made this possible! David visited all the sites I chose and showed all houses virtually, using FaceTime. It was extra work for David, and I really appreciate his hard work. David gave his honest opinions about each home, its neighborhood, etc. Once I picked the house I liked, David explained what to expect from the beginning to the end, including little details. As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge and had so many questions, but David stepped in and answered ALL my questions and concerns with the right guidance. I can not thank David enough for making my home buying experience amazing. If anyone asks me to suggest a real estate agent, I will definitely recommend David Ly. Thanks again David, for all the help!
