Laura helped me buy the most expensive property so far in my life. As my first time living in the country, she knew about all of the things that I had little idea about, such as the well and septic. This ensured that the property was completely livable with no surprises. Laura also was tough on my behalf when the seller and I didn't see eye to eye. This made sure that I got what I wanted and the deal went through.

Where do I start? Laura Eklund is our go to Realtor since 2016 when we hired her to sell our home. Things that every Realtor can do is, write up and offer and get you in a contract. The REAL work starts when you actually do get into contract and you really need a Realtor who has your best interest at heart and the "Art of Negotiation" is the cutting edge difference between Laura and others I have worked with in the past and have heard about from many many friends and family. Laura's knowledge and skill to negotiate to get her clients the BEST DEAL possible is just worth taking a note of. She also has so many amazing contacts for people in related fields that she can save you a headache and not forgetting save you money :). We personally were able to save so much going with her recommendations after shopping around myself. She is simply amazing and still keeps in touch. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Diana. She was very professional, but at the same time very patient with helping us (seniors) understand each of the steps in the selling of our house. She was very forthcoming and caring that we did understand all that was expected of us, especially with the technology.
