Laura helped me buy the most expensive property so far in my life. As my first time living in the country, she knew about all of the things that I had little idea about, such as the well and septic. This ensured that the property was completely livable with no surprises. Laura also was tough on my behalf when the seller and I didn't see eye to eye. This made sure that I got what I wanted and the deal went through.

Where do I start? Laura Eklund is our go to Realtor since 2016 when we hired her to sell our home. We had a very unique yet difficult situation but she handled all that with such professionalism and ease. The REAL work starts when you actually do get into contract and you really need a Realtor who has your best interest at heart and the "Art of Negotiation" is the cutting edge difference between Laura and others I have worked with in the past and have heard about from many many friends and family. Laura's knowledge and skill to negotiate to get her clients the BEST DEAL possible is just worth taking a note of. She also has so many amazing contacts for people in related fields that she can save you a headache and not forgetting save you money :). We personally were able to save so much going with her recommendations after shopping around myself. She is simply amazing and still keeps in touch. We came to him towards the end of the identification period on our 1031 Exchange and not only was he able to source a cash flowing fourplex within our price range, he was also able to source an available single family home with the remainder of our exchange funds. The service didn't stop there - he secured seller credits on both properties, advocated for us every step of the way, and would not quit until we had secured a total of 5 rental units in a matter of a month. By and far, one of the best acquisition experiences we have had. Will be returning many times.
