Nicole was great. She not only helped me locate homes quickly and easily with her website, but she also was able to connect me with a VA Homeloan knowledgeable broker! She organized everything quickly from the viewing, to the inspections and even meeting with me in person to go over the pro and cons of my decisions. Although this was my first purchase, I don't think that I could have asked for a better home buying experience.

My situation was a little unique, with COVID and being away from California due to work, yet David was understanding and made this possible! David visited all the sites I chose and showed all houses virtually, using FaceTime. It was extra work for David, and I really appreciate his hard work. David gave his honest opinions about each home, its neighborhood, etc. Once I picked the house I liked, David explained what to expect from the beginning to the end, including little details. As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge and had so many questions, but David stepped in and answered ALL my questions and concerns with the right guidance. David Ly was an integral Realtor to my home purchase in Sacramento Ca. His prompt actions helped expedited any process we were working on. But he never rushed me. We ran on my time. He toured homes with me, and allowed me to take my time to walk through. He provided reassurance throughout the entire process. This means a lot, since I was a first time home buyer.
