We came to him towards the end of the identification period on our 1031 Exchange and not only was he able to source a cash flowing fourplex within our price range, he was also able to source an available single family home with the remainder of our exchange funds. The service didn't stop there - he secured seller credits on both properties, advocated for us every step of the way, and would not quit until we had secured a total of 5 rental units in a matter of a month. By and far, one of the best acquisition experiences we have had. Will be returning many times.
