We met Michelle early spring of 2021. Michelle was honest and forthcoming on what needed to be done to get the house ready. Michelle knew many local contractors in the area which was very helpful getting the house ready for the sale. We had a couple setbacks, no fault of Michelle or ourselves with two buyers backing out but we closed at asking price and we couldn’t have been happier.
