We’ve worked with our fair share of realtors and Clint did an excellent job of handling our transaction. As a seller’s agent, he didn’t just wait for a call from a potential buyer. He made sure our house would show well then actively marketed our home and sent weekly updates. As a result, he found a qualified buyer in a reasonable period of time. Most real estate transactions have their moments and Clint handled every obstacle like a pro. He negotiated with the buyer’s agent effectively. All the paperwork was done correctly and on time. He was available to us whenever we needed him. Clint is a professional and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Clint Hanks has been a great support and tour guide on my home buying journey, he is professional, knowledgeable and was available to me for all my questions and needs for my home buying process, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start thier home buying process.

Recently purchased land through Clint, from out of the area. He gave his total attention to all my questions, and was extremely prompt and thorough through the purchase process, even though this was an inexpensive sale for him. As I frequently buy investment property, I will not hesitate to do business with him in the future.
