While I understand that we probably looked like tire kickers, David stuck with us for over a year and always showed us a wide variety of properties when we came into town. I had a great experience with Edwin he explained the whole process. I never had a doubt with him as my agent. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home here on the Mendocino coast or anywhere. He’s bilingual in Spanish as well. Works hard to deliver true excellence

Edwin was always very responsive. Dealing in a timely fashion with unusual asks around environmental permits for non standard septics and other complex matters. He never let any issue drop. He was always ontop of complexity and was great at communicating.
