After the sale of my building I immediately called Jose with a request for HELP in purchasing a home. He was there for me at all hours of the day, with kindness, understanding and expertise. As I am an out of state client he took care of everything, Lawyers, title Company, house cleaners, real estate agents, pest control, painters, even interested neighbors. Jose Escalante even asked for the approval of the house from his lovely wife. How lucky I have been to have Jose my very special agent!

She made the deal happen! Several times buyer made outrageous demands and I was prepared to cancel the deal, but Elizabeth smoothed it out and saw it through to the finish line.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Diana Dahl with Luxe Places International Realty! Purchasing a home in Napa while living in Tennessee could have been challenging, but Diana made the entire experience seamless. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for from location, type of home, size, and lifestyle. And her detailed knowledge of the area helped her find the perfect home for me. She also made sure my trips from Tennessee to California were productive. And when it came time to negotiate, Diana’s expertise and skill helped me secure an excellent price! Diana is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and truly dedicated to her clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is simply exceptional!
