We had a wonderful experience for purchasing our new home with Rosie. This new home is much bigger than what we used to have. It took us almost one year to find the house we like. During this time Rosie patiently showing us houses. Never rushed and always made us comfortable which let us find the house we really like. She used her knowledge and experience to deal with all aspects of our purchase.

My boyfriend and I where in the market to purchase our first home when we came across Carmen based on her great reviews on Yelp. We reached and at she was very responsive (the first time and throughout the whole process!) We were in know rush but in purchasing so it took some shopping around. She provided excellent guidance with the homes that we saw and did her best to accommodate even when COVID-19 hit. She was super helpful and answered our million questions. I would highly recommend to anyone house hunting in the East Bay.
