It has been a great experience working with both Ana and Hector Vasquez on the sale of my parent's house in the Potrero Hill district of San Francisco. They were very flexible and accommodating throughout the the entire process. Since late in 2023, our family was going back and forth on whether or not to do simple upgrades, a full remodeling or selling the property as-is. Since we had very limited funds, we decided to only replace the roof and do some general clean up. Ana and Hector were able to assist us in acquiring a short-term loan through the Compass Concierge service that allowed us do the necessary upgrades and simply pay the loan out of escrow. Rather than do the cosmetic upgrades like new paint & light fixtures, they were able to find investors within the Compass Realtor's network and we were able to do a quick, easy and effortless sale. We are very satisfied with the personal touch they provided especially during the numerous changes in our plans. I would highly recommend them to handle anyone's real estate needs. 5 stars all the way.

Thanks to the Vasquez Team, my husband and I were able to purchase our second home for our growing family. Our 3 bedroom; 1,300 square ft home, was starting to be too small for our 4 kids.
