I do not know where to begin...how about I'm now a home owner. Prior to connecting with Ms. Charles I had been looking for homes and working on my credit for 2 years. I was almost ready to give up on a search for a home. However, when I solicited her services, she was on it immediately. She found out my preferences and started sending me properties. Her market knowledge is on point, we ventured through several counties prior to me making a decision and she was able to provide various bits of information in all areas. So much so that times I was in the office working, she literally video chatted with me from potential homes. She made us feel comfortable, happy, trust, and understanding. She got us program we wanted to get, which was our dream house. She goes out way to get you what your looking for. When you call her or txt her she always responding and meeting on time to the openings. She is super friendly, she knows her stuff if you have any questions she will answer it no doubt.
