I do not know where to begin...how about I'm now a home owner. Prior to connecting with Ms. Charles I had been looking for homes and working on my credit for 2 years. I was almost ready to give up on a search for a home. However, when I solicited her services, she was on it immediately. She found out my preferences and started sending me properties. Her market knowledge is on point, we ventured through several counties prior to me making a decision and she was able to provide various bits of information in all areas. She was tremendously flexible and willing to drive all over to find what I was looking for. So much so that times I was in the office working, she literally video chatted with me from potential homes. She was extremely professional and provided education on certain aspects of this process that one may not be familiar with. I'm so happy that she was willing to assist me and I'm happy with my home.
