My husband and I had the best experience selling our San Jose townhouse through Coldwell Banker. We had the pleasure of working with Bill Robertson; he is a top-notch real estate agent with a high level of integrity, is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He epitomizes what exceptional customer service is – and then some! From the beginning, we felt at ease – Bill took the time to meet with us, ask us questions and get our feedback. He was patient and non-aggressive – something we really appreciated. With his direction and expertise, we were able to establish our goals and develop an effective, realistic strategy for selling our home in an increasingly challenging real estate market. He was dedicated throughout the process – from recommendations for pre-sale preparation through market listing and the intricacies of escrow / closing. One of our major concerns was our necessary relocation outside of the area before the sale of our townhouse. Bill was amazing from day one, communicating regularly and in detail concerning the interest our property was receiving, alleviating our stress and worry about being hundreds of miles away at the time. Bill’s expertise, professionalism and superb service resulted in the sale of our townhouse in less than six weeks. We recommend Bill as one of the best real estate agents in the industry!
