We loved to work with Tom, who listed our Los Gatos home in a somewhat competitive housing market situation. Tom brought a wealth of knowledge and negotiating skills that helped us to achieve maximum value. Tom's professional approach to every detail and step along the way of the sales process provided us with great confidence and trust. Tom's personality made it an enjoyable experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend Tom, he is a top agent with great personality and professionalism you can trust. Thank you, Tom for all your help, conversations, and time spent together on the sale of our home - well done indeed!

Our property needed some upgrades, new carpet, paint and thorough cleaning. Tom provided sources and got us favorable rates without affecting our budget. We worked with him to find a fair market price and we received full price. Closed very quickly for a cash offer. Overall, a very favorable process. Tom is now going to list another property for us. We both look forward to selling our next listing with Tom Beck. His professionalism and experience selling homes in the Bay Area is outstanding.

Tom was very patient with us and walked us through buying our first home. He was knowledgable about the area and honest with his thoughts on different properties throughout our search. He was helpful in pointing out potential upgrade possibilities as well as potential foreseeable headaches. He has also kept in touch to see how we are settling into our new home.
