We didn't have luck with other realtors, either due to constraints they did not understand or some of our beliefs. But most of the issues were due to lack of communication and we assumed it was us or inventory. But when we meet Corey, first thing we were surprised was how easy it was. We went with Corey for few houses and he got all our constraints and adjusted with our beliefs. He not only went out of his way to get the house we wanted, but also help us understand market better and it was great working and getting more knowledge about the whole process. I will always recommend him for any home buyers ( new or old ). We went to buy our dream house and ended up having not only the house we wanted but a friend for a long time.

Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!

Oggi is hands down THE BEST realtor I have ever worked with. he is incredibly knowledgable, knows how to work the negotiation process in his clients' favor, and is a kind and wonderful human. We worked with Oggi for over 2 years to find our home in SF. Throughout the process he was patient, never made us feel pressure, and was an incredibly sound advisor. We ended up purchasing our dream home ALL because of Oggi.
