This review of Alan and Madeline Schaider at Living in Marin Realty will sound like they paid me. In a sense, they did. When we decided to sell our property in Marin County California - a desirable location just over the Golden Gate from San Francisco - we could have probably “offloaded” it the same day. What I am describing, was more than a passing fancy; i.e., “as is” cash sale to some broker. We instead settled on Living in Marin, as an agent and here is why I would do it again: 1. Seamless assistance with upgraded, manicured presentation; 2. “Priceless” networking within the local Real Estate community to list at a fair price; 3. White glove service interface with staging, landscaping and code-required fixes; 4. Daily - sometimes hourly - communication of any and every stumbling block along the way - which in our small town were myriad; 5.
