We cannot say enough amazing things about Blanche! Selling our first home felt overwhelming at first, but she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From day one, she went above and beyond—always available to answer our questions, explain each step clearly, and guide us with her expertise and confidence. She took the time to understand our needs, gave us honest advice, and handled every detail with such care and professionalism. Her marketing strategy and attention to detail were incredible, and it truly showed in how quickly and seamlessly our home sold. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about us—not just as clients, but as people. She made us feel supported, reassured, and prioritized every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to walk us through selling our first home. She even went out of her way to ensure the buyers were taken care of after escrow closed. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and make the process a breeze, Blanche is the one you want by your side!

Christine was great and a pleasure! She helped me get a beautiful 1 bed/1.5 bath duplex in a prime location off of the interstate in the Landmark area of Alexandria. The convenience of location, the cost point, the proximity from the city and my work office, Christine was able to find this gem that checked many of my most important boxes. Her communication with me was nothing short of excellent and accessible. She made my transition into a first time homebuyer extremely smooth. I can’t thank her enough.
